​Chef Alan takes pride in creating mouth-watering pastries for a few local farmers markets. He has also brought back the "lost art" of home-grown, home-canned goods to your table with your well-being in mind. Our label on a jar means that your foodstuffs are canned by an FDA-approved artisan. Oh.... and it tastes good, too!

This special event opens Friday eve (6 to 9pm - $5 admission with complimentary
Hors d' oeuvres provided by Chef Alan) and continues on Saturday 10 to 4 with no admission charge. On Saturday, we will have soups, wraps and our famous Blue Ribbon Carrot Cake. Check it out!
