Stone Soup Farm
This is where ALAN'S Catered Events starts. Stone Soup Farm is our home, our garden, our orchard and is where the food begins. On a seasonal basis, we grow & harvest some of your food right here at the farm. We prepare all of your menu items in our professional culinary kitchen.
Not only does the farm indulge Alan's love for growing, canning and our green passion in general, but we feel that it sets us apart from all the competition.
ALAN'S Catered Events grew out of our love of cooking and entertaining for friends and family. In 1993, we opened a neighborhood bakery/sandwich shop on the east side of Indianapolis which steadily grew into full service catering.
Our professional experience spirits a "terra to table" approach to good food & good community.
As a "hands on" business owner, avid vegetable gardener & chef with a life-time love affair with food, Alan finds true happiness in the kitchen...and fishing, of course.
While still maintaining a career as a professional theatrical lighting designer, Betsy is most passionate about taking care of all the details & presenting the food "in it's best light."
