Our Key Staff
Our full-time Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef and gardener, he has worked with ALAN's Catered Events beginning 18 years ago as our Head Server. Vernon Paddy is well-known for his excellence in service, enthusiastic energy, genuine warmth & sparkling personality.
Our newest addition to our catering family, Ellen Hayward serves as Alan's Associate Chef where she demonstrates her 'mad knife skills', beautiful detail and culinary finesse. She is the ultimate of definition grace under pressure.
Decor wizard & themed event specialist, Stephen Jeffries has worked with ALAN's Catered Events for many years while operating The Acorn Tree, a wedding florals & tux shop in Greenfield. His personable professionalism & sense of style is a bonus for every event!
